Live In Hollywood: Highlights From The Aquarius Theatre Performances

The Doors played two concerts at The Aquarius Theatre in Hollywood, California, in July 1969. In addition, the day after the two concerts, The Doors used The Aquarius Theatre stage to conduct a private rehearsal. Both concerts, as well as the private rehearsal, were recorded. Bright Midnight Records will release four (4) titles taken from The Aquarius Theatre recordings. This is the first of these titles. This 10-Track single disc compilation of recordings made during these two July 1969 Aquarius Theatre Concerts contains tracks which are included in the next two releases, Live At The Aquarius Theatre: The First Performance and Live At The Aquarius Theatre: The Second Performance. Includes a 12 page booklet. Elektra records has scheduled a European release for early 2002.
