A UK release with tracks recorded live during The Doors performance at the Matrix Club in San Francisco, 1967. The front cover has a somewhat small image of Jim Morrison posed in his "young lion pose" with the album's title on a black and white background. The back cover is the infamous Jim Morrison mug shot from when he was arrested during his encounter with police at the 1967 New Haven Connecticut concert surrounded by the newspaper article describing the incident. Pressed on black vinyl with black and silver labels.
Regarding the sound quality, there are better quality releases that are much easier to find, especially on CD.
